If you checked out as a guest:

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

With your tracking number, you can track your order directly with the shipping company.

Your local customs department may require a duty tax, customs fee or any fees charged by your delivery provider on your order. Any applicable local taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer and not eligible for reimbursement.

If the customer does not pay the tax, the order will be sent back to us and processed as a return.

Your products are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

Within the warranty period, we’ll service your product at no charge; perform repair or replacement of defects in workmanship or parts covered by this warranty.

The limited warranty is made only to the original purchaser, who purchased a covered product in its original packaging directly from Hamkot or a Hamkot authorized reseller.

The limited warranty does not cover the following:
(i) Failure or defect caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, tampering, neglect, natural disasters or improper maintenance.
(ii) Failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment, with which it is not intended to be used.
(iii) Any damage caused by attempts at self-repair or a non-authorized service provider.


Your order will be made ready to ship as soon as we have received your payment and we have all items for your order in stock, all orders will possibly be delivered within 48 hours and we provide you with online tracking.

Standard international shipping time is generally 7-15 days (delivery time depends on the relevant destination country).

If you perfer fast shipping or special couriers to complete a delivery, you can choose Priority Shipping service. Delivery costs will be shown when you place your order.

We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within 3 days.

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy.

You have 30 days from receipt of goods.
The items returned must be in their original condition, unopened, unused with all the tags and the original packaging.
